About
Software for the people who actually close the books.
CaptiveVerify is a Colorado software company founded by Tim Judy. The thesis is simple: independent captive managers are limited by how many captives each accountant can carry, the quarterly close is where the hours go, and most of that work is reading, checking and reconciling documents that a well-tested program can prepare for a person to review.
How we work
- Measured, not claimed. The engine is scored on a synthetic book with planted defects on every build, and each pilot measures hours and precision on the firm's own data before anyone commits.
- Preparation, never attestation. The manager's accountant reviews and signs. The auditor, actuary and regulator keep their roles; the platform makes their work faster to verify.
- Public sources only. The rules library cites regulator documents. Our prospect research uses regulators' approved-manager lists and firms' own websites, nothing confidential.

Start with a quarter you have already closed.
Managers: two or three captives, one finished quarter, a fixed pilot fee credited in full against setup. Owners: tell us who manages your captive today and we take it from there. Nobody signs anything until they have seen the result.
