The product
Use of the CaptiveVerify platform, the Parallel Close pilot and any services is governed by a written agreement between CaptiveVerify and the customer firm, including a data-processing agreement. Those terms, not this page, apply to customer data and to anything the platform produces. The platform prepares work for the customer's own review; it does not audit, attest, or give an opinion.
