We run one quarter you have already closed. You compare.
Two or three captives, from the loss runs, bank statements and premium schedule you already have. You get back a reconciled close package per captive with every figure traced to its source, and the compliance calendar for every captive you manage. Your accountants still review and sign.
How it runs
- 1
Scope call, 30 minutes
Which captives, which quarter (Q3 in Nov–Dec, or Q1 in Apr–May; not year-end), what you will compare it with, who reviews. We agree the success criteria in writing.
- 2
You send the files
The quarter's loss runs, bank and custodian statements, premium schedule and the prior valuation, by secure upload or your intake mailbox. A DPA is signed first.
- 3
We run the close
Intake, checks against the prior valuation, reconciliation, exceptions. Ten business days from the last file. Your reviewer gets the review queue if they want to watch.
- 4
You compare
Hours against your baseline; exceptions found that you confirm are real; the package against what your reviewer accepts. Then the setup quote, if you want one.
Terms
A fixed fee, quoted at the scope call, credited in full against setup if you continue.
Encrypted with a key made for your firm, deleted 30 days after the pilot unless you continue. Nothing is used to train anything. The DPA says so.
Not an audit, an actuarial opinion or an attestation: preparation for your review. We carry technology E&O; the certificate is in the trust pack.
Request a parallel close
Tell us the firm, roughly how many captives and where, and which quarter you would want to compare. A named person replies within one business day with the scope and the data request.
