This website
What we collect. If you send a form, we keep what you typed (name, work email, firm, title, your message) and, if you arrived from a link with campaign parameters, those parameters and the referring site, in a first-party cookie that lasts 90 days. We keep a one-way hash of your network address with each form submission to detect abuse. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
What we do with it. We reply to you. If you asked about the product on behalf of a captive management firm, we record the firm and your business contact details in our own customer-relationship records so the conversation is tracked. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Sales email. Where we write to a firm first, we use public business contact information only, state who we are and why we are writing, include a postal address and a working unsubscribe link, and honour opt-outs across every list (CAN-SPAM).
The free calendar. Nothing you enter in the free compliance calendar is stored.
The product
Customer firms upload or forward documents about the captives they manage, which can contain personal information about claimants. In the product, that information is processed on the firm's instructions under a data-processing agreement: encrypted per firm, access-logged, retained for the period the firm sets, never used to train AI models, and never sent to an AI model in identifiable form.
Model providers are used under zero-data-retention terms. Hosting is in the United States (Vercel, Supabase). Email is sent through Resend; mail never carries claim-level detail.
A customer firm can export its data at any time and ask for its deletion at the end of the agreement.
